Chris grew up in the commercial fishing industry, where execution was the difference between coming home or not. That world taught him that objectivity, clarity, alignment, and consequence are the keys to high performance.
Later, as a teacher, he mastered how people learn, how they resist change, and how to make the complex simple. These two seemingly disparate worlds became the foundation of his approach to performance and how to make every conversation count.
After more than 30,000 sales calls across pharma, medtech, SaaS, and enterprise markets, he became obsessed with one question: What does it mean to be good at selling?
